I booked this tour from UK & all contact was extremely helpful & efficient. We were met by Tatiana at our hotel & for the next 6 hours we were entertained & educated in the life & history of Madrid. We saw many different aspects to its culture, we tasted local food. It was pitched perfectly for both myself & two teenagers. We saw the main tourist spots, but didn't dwell on them & we saw sides to Madrid that were beautiful & that we could not have got from any guide book. Our guide, Tatiana, will remain in our memories whenever we talk or hear about Madrid. Certainly worth the money.

Passion is not a common emotion when dealing with tourists day after day but Tatiana and husband Javier who own Ogo maintain passion for their beautiful city. After more than 4 hours, we WANTED MORE. Tatiana provides the right balance of historical facts and more importantly takes you through the back alleys. Pictures are not allowed inside the Museum

When available, we highly recommend to maintain 2-meters social distancing between all the participants of the tour.

HAND SANITIZER AVAILABLE

All our guides will be carrying hand sanitizer during the tour and it will be available during the whole route for you.

GUIDES EQUIPPED WITH VOICE AMPLIFIERS

You will hear the explanations perfectly, as your guide will be carrying a voice amplifier.

NO PAPER

You don´t need to print out your tour confirmation (just in case keep the email confirmation on your phone). Your name and last name will be enough for the guide to complete the check-in process.
