Of course, we can arrange your airport pickup and also take you back in time for your departure flight. This way, you avoid the hassle of navigating a large, unfamiliar airport in a different language while trying to find the exit or a taxi.

We offer two options:

  • Private transfer: A driver will be waiting for you in the arrivals terminal and will take you comfortably to the city center.
  • Local guide: If you prefer to use public transport (taxi, metro, bus, etc.), our guide can meet you at the airport and accompany you all the way to the city center, assisting you with tickets and logistics along the way.

Madrid Airport is located approximately 15 km (about 9 miles) from the city center.

By private transport (taxi, transfer, etc.), the journey usually takes around 30–35 minutes, depending on traffic.

The airport is also very well connected by public transport. By bus, it takes about 50 minutes to reach the historic center, and by metro, the journey is approximately 40–50 minutes.

Absolutely. We carefully plan your itinerary and monitor your flight schedule to ensure you return to the airport with plenty of time before your next flight.

If you choose to include airport pickup (optional), our driver will meet you inside the arrivals terminal and take you comfortably to the city center.

  • You can leave your luggage at the storage facilities available at Madrid Airport

-Our cancellation policy allows cancellations up to 72 hours before the tour at no cost.

-For cancellations made between 72 and 48 hours in advance, there is a 50% charge.

-For cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice, the 100% of the tour price will be charged.

NO PAPER

You don´t need to print out your tour confirmation (just in case keep the email confirmation on your phone). Your name and last name will be enough for the guide to complete the check-in process.
